massage therapy

for the stressed & overstimulated.

i work creatively with my clients. i tend to attract clientele with lower back/hip/pelvic pain and/or dysfunction, but that’s not the only population i work with. i work often with overstimulated humans—that might mean a neurodivergent client or it could be an person with too much on their plate. i create an open, safe, communicative space for healing for whoever makes time for themself on my table.

i never give the same massage twice.

therapeutic massage, to me, means a session integrated with different modalities in order to meet the body where it’s at. i take a client-first, informed-consent approach—meaning, i will dedicate the time to where the client wants the most work, but i will also recommend work that i believe may have the most lasting benefit. i want you to love your session, but i also want you to leave feeling relief.

“sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is relax.”
